Possible reasons for the bus delay
When you travel, it happens that the bus may deviate from the schedule or the time of arrival. We'll tell you why this happens more often than not.

3. Waiting for passengers at one of the stops
If a group of passengers is going to ride the bus, the carrier may delay the departure at one of the stations due to people being late for boarding. This can happen when it is an organized transfer.
4. Force majeure situations in the bus cabin
For example, when a passenger becomes ill. In this case, an emergency stop is made to clarify the situation and consider the possibility of continuing the trip by this transport.
5. Border crossing
Although carriers set aside time for crossing the border when they schedule the bus, but during holidays or because of force majeure it is impossible to predict how long it will take to pass through customs control.

I bought the bus tickets from Lublin to Kovel to pick my Ukrainian parents. The journey time show 4hr 50 min. Is it including the border crossing or should i allow extra time? The reason i am asking we have got to catch another us back to lublin and the plane back the following day.
